Biography

Jesús Pampín was an actor in Argentina, who was born in Montevideo, Uruguay on August 13, 1905 and died in Buenos Aires, Argentina in May 1988.

Of small figure, gray hair and distinguished aspect, represented in general to characters of great bonhomía and, in the cinema, had several papers of doctor and police. He began acting in philodrama in his country and in the decades of 1940, 1950 and 1960 he went through several theater companies.

In cinema it made debut in closed Door (1939) and later it intervened in many films like actor of distribution.

He also acted on television; with José Cibrián and Ana María Campoy in 1953 he worked in the programs ¡Cómo te quiero Ana !, and in the titled Universal Theater, headed by the same couple, in plays. In 1956 he was running the children's program At recess, boys! 3

He died in Buenos Aires, Argentina in May 1988.
